5 Steps to Selling a Property

Steps or generalized categories of selling a property are:

1. Discuss with Unley Conveyancing and appoint us to act on your behalf;
2. Appoint a Land Agent (see Real Estate Agents menu item)
3. Contract and Form 1 (cooling off form) are signed with a Purchaser
4. Unley Conveyancing complete the Settlement process (including discharging your current Mortgage – if applicable
5. You receive funds in your bank account and “move on with your life”.

There are obviously other minor but very important matters to address during the sale process.
